Refund & Return Policy

At Amevel, we stand behind the quality and consistency of every ingredient and packaging product we supply. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled.

Order Review
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or short-shipped items to info@amevel.com within 5 business days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the affected product where applicable.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be requested within 15 days of delivery when:

  • The item is unopened, in its original packaging, and unused
  • The product was received in error or does not match the order confirmation
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

To request a return, contact us at info@amevel.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive ingredients once shipped
  • Custom or made-to-order packaging (e.g., custom-printed labels, boxes, or specifications)
  • Opened or partially used product
  • Items affected by improper storage or handling after delivery

Damaged or Defective Products
If a shipment arrives damaged or a product doesn't meet agreed specifications, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund at no cost to you, once the issue is verified.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or applied as account credit for standing accounts) within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to fulfillment by contacting info@amevel.com. Once an order has shipped, standard return terms apply.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders
For large-volume or custom orders, return terms may be defined in the applicable purchase agreement or sales order, which take precedence over this general policy.
